Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
Items Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within the return window.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom-sized bracelets
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse, impact, water exposure or improper storage
Ceramic and Glass Items
Ceramic and glass beads should be handled with care. Damage caused by dropping, hitting hard surfaces or improper use is not considered a product quality issue.
Natural Variation
Small differences in color, texture, pattern or bead finish are normal for many jewelry materials and are not considered defects.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us with your order number, item name and reason for return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.

If you need a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability.
